Armstrong Craven, a specialist in global talent mapping and pipelining, has bolstered its senior management team with a number of appointments.

These include the promotion of Rachel Davis to deputy chief executive from chief operating officer and practice lead for healthcare and life sciences; the appointment of Kanesh Khilosia as COO; and Jo Bibby’s promotion to operations director from senior client partner – technology and professional services.

Meanwhile, Olivia Wynn succeeds Davis as practice lead for healthcare and life sciences.
