International recruiter SThree has appointed Denise Collis as non-executive director.

She also succeeds Tony Ward as the firm’s remuneration committee chair from 1 September 2016.

Collis is currently also a non-executive director of publisher Connect Group, also chairing their remuneration committee, and is chair of charity British Heart Foundation's remuneration committee and a member of its nominations committee and advisory council. She is also vice chair of the international advisory board to Leeds University Business School, and a member of the advisory board of the University of Exeter Business School.
