HR recruiter Waddington Brown has appointed Joanne Matsell as a senior consultant to lead the strategic, senior appointments for clients across East Anglia. 

Matsell joins from executive search firm Beresford Kane Associates, where she was a director and managing consultant.

She is based in the firm’s Ipswich office.
