Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has acquired HR executive search and talent advisory firm Charleston Partners, which targets human resources and human capital professionals.

According to the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants’ (AESC) site, Francis Luisi, founding principal of Charleston Partners, will lead Odgers Berndtson’s US HR practice, working across the firm’s New York and Houston offices.
