Grace Blue, an international executive search firm that specialises in communications, advertising and media, has entered into an alliance with mergers & acquisitions adviser SI Partners.  

SI Partners will advise clients on financial matters relating to M&As, while Grace Blue will manage and advise on the talent and people side of any deal. 

The two companies will combine offices in the US and will look at opening joint locations in Asia.
