London-based Founders Factory has created an artificial intelligence that is able to find the key characteristics necessary to be a successful tech entrepreneur, in a similar way to a recruiter.

The AI uses a complex algorithm built from data collected from interviews with top venture investors and executive recruiters identifying the key characteristics predicting success in being a tech entrepreneur.

Also fed into the algorithm is data from peer recommendations from universities and entrepreneurial organisations.

A Founders Factory spokesperson told Recruiter one of the executive recruiters interviewed was Rick Segal, a partner at the firm’s executive search business Founders Keepers.
