IT & digital recruiter Energize Recruitment Solutions has appointed Clair Staines as learning and development manager.

Staines has held learning and development roles at recruiters SThree and most recently JAM Recruitment.

In her new role, Staines is charged with mentoring and coaching employees, identifying new training needs, and developing and enhancing the existing learning and development strategy at Energize.
