APSCo promotes Bowen to head of professional development

The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) has appointed Julie Bowen as its new head of professional development.

The Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) has appointed Julie Bowen as its new head of professional development.

Previously APSCo’s membership services manager, Bowen takes over from Fiona Lander, who will continue to work with APSCo in a consultative capacity while focusing on her own international talent development company, Lander Consultancy. 

Bowen has over 25 years’ experience in human resources and training & development, most recently as head of talent development at recruitment giant Adecco before joining APSCo in 2014.
