Wisconsin-based recruiter QPS Employment Group has promoted Mark Immekus to president and chief sales officer, and Dan McNulty to president and chief operating officer.
Immekus was previously executive vice president and chief sales officer, while McNulty was executive vice president and chief operating officer.
