Alibaba hires Kozlak, Lundquist succeeds her at Target

Online marketplace Alibaba Group has appointed Jodee Kozlak as global senior vice president of HR.

Online marketplace Alibaba Group has appointed Jodee Kozlak as global senior vice president of HR.

In a statement the firm said Kozlak’s remit is to build the group’s international leadership team as it seeks to continue to expand globally.

She joins from Minneapolis-based retailer Target, where she was executive vice president and chief HR officer.

At Target, an internal promotion sees Stephanie Lundquist, senior vice president of HR, succeed Kozlak as CHRO.

No information was provided on who Kozlak succeeds.
