Hudson UK has promoted Laurence Sidwell to director of sales, marketing and communications.

Sidwell was previously associate director at global talent solutions company Hudson for four years, according to his LinkedIn profile. Prior to that he was Midlands marketing and communications division manager of the of services recruitment firm Michael Page.
