Senior recruitment, search and selection specialist Axon Resourcing has appointed three people across its public sector and professional services teams.

Brian Johnston joins in the new position of head of estates practice, marking the recruiter’s venture into the estates and facilities market. He is based in the firm’s northern branch and has a national remit. According to his LinkedIn profile, he joins from multi-sector recruiter Finegreen Associates, where he was lead consultant for healthcare estates, facilities and capital development. 

Also joining the Axon public sector team is Rachel Stanley, who will focus on permanent recruitment. She is based in Axon’s West Midlands office and, according to her LinkedIn profile, joins from multinational recruiter Hays, where she was senior manager for HR.

Financial recruitment specialist Linzie Strickland is the third new member of the Axon team. She is a senior consultant and will be recruiting transactional finance professionals and accountancy interims. According to her LinkedIn profile, she joins from professional services recruiter Robert Walters, where she was also a senior consultant.
