US workforce solutions provider System One has acquired energy and power industry staffing provider Precision Resource Company.

Precision becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of System One Holdings and will operate in alignment with System One’s energy division

The deal expands System One’s geographical reach, particularly in Texas, and coincides with the planned retirement of Precision president Keith Byrom.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
