Pennsylvania, US-based recruiter Chartwell Staffing Solutions has acquired Georgia, US-based Victory Staffing Solutions.

A Chartwell statement says Victory’s owner has retired. The Chartwell and Victory teams are to merge in Atlanta.

Chartwell supplies staff to Atlanta’s bakery manufacturers and the warehouse industry but this deal expands its reach into the light industrial staffing horizons, adding plastics, window, aviation, automotive, precast concrete, construction, and pharmaceuticals manufacturers to their list of clients.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
