Energy and oil & gas recruiter Petroplan has appointed James Monaghan as recruitment manager of its Houston, Texas office to spearhead the growth of its US business.

He joins from energy sector recruiter NES Global Talent, where he was also recruitment manager for the Houston office.

He will be responsible for growing both Petroplan’s client and candidate base in the US.
