TSB Bank has appointed Kim Clarke director of HR business partnering and employee relations.

Clarke joins from insurer Aviva Group, where she was most recently its HR director for integration. Before this she was the HR director for policy, business partnering and HR operations for Friends Life Group.

Clarke starts her new role on 21 September and will report to Rachel Lock, TSB’s HR director.
