Specialist renewable energy and clean technology recruiter Taylor Hopkinson is seeking to expand its presence in Latin America by opening an office in Madrid, Spain. 

The Glasgow-based business has just opened its Spanish office, which is being run by José Tamayo and Hector Latorre.

Managing director Tom Hopkinson said in a statement: “We have been active in Latin America for a couple of years, but the opening of our third office in Madrid, manned by experienced Spanish nationals, will support our ambitions to grow our presence in the market.”

According to the company, three quarters of Spanish companies are increasing investment in Latin America this year. About a fifth of this investment is from energy companies.
