International executive search firm Pedersen & Partners has promoted Kaspars Kauliņš to country manager for Estonia.

Previously a principal at Pedersen & Partners, before that Kauliņš was a business development director at Latvian telco firm Lattelecom.

He has also held senior HR positions with Hansabank, Swedbank Group. 

Elsewhere, Pedersen & Partners’ chief operating officer Darcie Murray has been appointed head of North America following the opening of the firm's first US office in Houston, one of the country’s oil capitals.

She is joined by the firm’s North America head of energy Chris Barrett and client partner David Sanchez.
