US-based recruiter CHG Healthcare Services has appointed Mark Law as chief operating officer.

Law joined the firm 26 years ago as a member of its accounting department but most recently he served as a group president, managing the business and leadership for three of CHG's divisions: CompHealth, Weatherby Healthcare and Foundation Medical Staffing.

He succeeds Scott Beck, who was named CHG Healthcare's CEO earlier this year.
