Global executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Gregg McDonald as a partner within its industrial practice.

Based at the firm’s Atlanta office, McDonald will lead the firm’s automotive practice in the Americas.

He joins from executive search firm Russell Reynolds where he was leader for its global automotive practice.
