Technical staffing specialist CDI AndersElite has appointed Phil Laycock to lead and manage its new search executive search division.

He joins from technical recruiter Advanced Resource Managers (ARM), where he was head of executive recruitment for the infrastructure & built environment sectors.

Laycock’s remit is to focus on growth in the UK and EMEA regions, particularly in the construction and property markets. He is based in London.
