Vacancy Filler recruitment software is launching Vacancy Filler RPO Software, a new recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) product designed for recruitment outsourcers who manage volume hiring on behalf of their clients.

Previous Vacancy Filler cloud-based recruitment software has been aimed at in-house recruiters to help them manage discrete campaigns; the new product is designed to manage large numbers of candidates applying for multiple roles for the benefit of large organisations and outsourcers.

According to the company, the product is intended to make the entire volume hiring process – from sourcing and attracting candidates to reviewing applicants and placement – quicker and easier.

New features will also be added and supplied automatically to customers without the need to request for updates.
