Real Recruitment Solutions is the new brand of Dorset recruitment company Quantum Recruitment following a partnership buyout. 

Recruitment consultant Jacqueline Entwistle has purchased shares from her former silent business partner and is now the company’s sole owner.

Quantum Recruitment was established in 2010 initially to service the staffing requirements for the Quantum Group,  but soon expanded to become a specialist consultancy in the construction, hospitality and healthcare sectors looking after clients nationwide.
