Global recruitment solutions provider Futurestep was selected by business communications company Avaya to provide a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solution across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC). 

Avaya is looking to fill about 500 internal and external roles this year.

The vacancies will specifically focus on niche technology account management, sales and marketing, research & development roles, and corporate functions.
