Recruiter Argyll Scott has appointed two new directors, one internally via a promotion and the other externally. 

Andy Dallas has been taken on as managing director of commercial, financial and professional services in the UK. Myran Perry has been promoted to associate director of its technology business with immediate effect. 

Dallas joins from Robert Half, where his most recent role was director of financial services, having started in financial services banking operations recruitment in 2004. He is based in London.

According to LinkedIn, Perry joined Argyll Scott in July 2014 as head of permanent recruitment, having moved from his position as a team leader at eSynergy solutions. He is also based in London.
