Working Links appoints Hindson MD UK Justice

Employment, skills and offender rehabilitation specialist recruiter Working Links has appointed Paul Hindson managing director of its UK Justice division.

According to a company statement, Hindson’s appointment follows three contract wins, which means Working Links is now responsible for the delivery of Community Rehabilitation Companies (CRCs) in Wales; Bristol, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Somerset; and Dorset, Devon and Cornwall.

He joins from support service and construction company Interserve where he was director of community solutions, focused on developing business propositions in the community, particularly in the justice sector.

Working Links is operates alongside Innovation Wessex – a mutual Community Interest Company made up of former probation trust workers – to run the three CRCs.

Hindson will be responsible for running the CRCs for Working Links. 

While high-risk offenders are managed by the National Probation Service, the CRCs are responsible for the management of medium and low-risk offenders.
