The FISER Group appoints Newboult head of talent

The FISER Group, which incorporates BRUIN Financial, IBAM Consulting and LUDGATE Search, has appointed Miranda Newboult as head of talent management.

The FISER Group, which incorporates BRUIN Financial, IBAM Consulting and LUDGATE Search, has appointed Miranda Newboult as head of talent management.  

In a statement, chief executive Robert Thesiger said the group had “ambitious plans” for the next few years and “investing in our employees’ development is central to our strategy”.

He later told Recruiter BRUIN would be taking on 13 graduates for its academy next month, while both IBAM Consulting and LUDGATE Search were growing with “key experienced hires” joining in the coming weeks and months.  

“By December 2016 we are looking to take the group headcount to over 100 strong, and a dedicated and focused training and personal development programme for all employees will be instrumental in ensuring our continued success,” he explained.

According to the group’s statement, Newboult has both agency and in-house recruitment experience, notably at Rabobank International where she led middle office recruitment.

She joins from the Business School at Canterbury Christchurch University where she was responsible for leadership development.
