Recruitment process outsourcing and managed service provider Resource Solutions has appointed Ben Tinker as director of talent marketing and insights.

Tinker will lead the firm’s Europe, Middle East & Africa team. He joins from digital and marketing agency ThirtyThree where he was a client partner.
