Former Hays chief financial officer John Martin has joined Sonovate, a contract finance provider to recruiters, as senior board adviser.

Former Hays chief financial officer John Martin has joined Sonovate, a contract finance provider to recruiters, as senior board adviser.

Martin, the current group chief financial officer of multinational building materials distribution company Wolseley, is also a chartered accountant.

He was chief financial officer of Hays between December 2000 and March 2006
