Global executive search firm Korn Ferry has appointed Caitlin Banks Iseler as principal in its technology practice.

She will split her time between the firm’s Washington DC and Reston offices.

Banks Iseler joins from Blue Ribbon Leadership Consulting, where she was vice president.
