UK and US-based recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm WilsonHCG has acquired Canada-based RPO and search firm Head2Head.

The announcement, made on 2 April, comes a week after the company announced the acquisition of US-based global human capital consulting firm Sumner Grace.

A company spokesperson told Recruiter all Head2Head and Sumner Grace staff joined WilsonHCG, bringing the combined headcount up to more than 400.

The values of the deals were not disclosed.
