Healthcare recruiter MedicsPro has strengthened its payroll and compliance departments with a new role for Doug Rowley and promotion for Illy Vangelder. 

After joining MedicsPro from recruitment agency Asclepius Global Medical, Rowley is appointed manager of payroll. 

Meanwhile, Illy Vangelder has been promoted as manager of the firm’s compliance department from her previous role as team leader of doctors’ compliance. She joined MedicsPro in 2010.
