Heidrick & Struggles hires Kaplan in New York

International executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Daniel Kaplan as managing director of its chief HR officer practice.

International executive search firm Heidrick & Struggles has appointed Daniel Kaplan as managing director of its chief HR officer practice.

He is based in the firm’s New York office and will co-lead the practice with Lauren Doliva.

He was previously managing partner of executive search firm CTPartners’ global HR practice and before that managing director at Boyden Global Executive Search. 

Yesterday, the company announced it had made Kaplan a partner alongside eight others. They were:

Katie Bell – Healthcare and life sciences practice, Atlanta

Samantha Carey – Healthcare and life sciences practice, New York

Tim Dietlin – Healthcare and life sciences practice, Chicago

Deborah Farnaby – Global technology & services practice, Johannesburg

Paul Groce – Information and technology officers practice, New York

Francois Kouroriez – Financial services practice, Boston

Nancie Lataille – Consumer markets practice, Toronto
