IT & digital recruiter Energize has appointed David Rowland as finance manager.

Rowland joins Energize from oil & gas and technical recruiter NES Global Talent, where he was responsible for management accounts in Norway, Netherlands and France. 

Rowland will be based at the group’s head office in Manchester.
