Mon, 23 Feb 2015Recruitment software provider Microdec and global executive search firm Pinpoint Partners have launched a work experience programme for young people who face particular challenges when it comes to navigating the world of work.

Many of the students are from families where no one has ever sustained employment, particularly employment in white-collar roles. The programme will aim to help the young people to understand what is expected of them when they are in active employment.
