NES Global Talent up for sale?

Global investment firm KKR & Co is considering making an offer for UK oil & gas recruiter NES Global Talent, financial news media organisation Bloomberg has reported.

The report says buyout firm AEA Investors may look for more than £450m for NES, which it acquired for less than half that amount two years ago.

According to Bloomberg’s sources, AEA has not started sales talks.

AEA told Recruiter there was no one at the company authorised to speak to media.

A KKR spokesperson told Recruiter the company would not be commenting.

An NES Global Talent spokesperson also told Recruiter the company had no statement to make.
