The Derby-based firm has committed to creating 100 new driving and managers’ roles in the local area.

However, managing director Alan White told Recruiter the firm will not be using recruitment agencies to help hire the new workers.

“We won’t recruit 100 in one day,” he said. “We will use a variety of ways. We will use local advertising and word of mouth from the incumbent drivers.”
