Alexander Mann Solutions acquires part of Capability Jane

Talent acquisition and management services company Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has acquired the consulting arm of recruitment and consulting firm Capability Jane for an undisclosed sum.

The specialist diversity recruitment and flexible working consulting firm’s founder and chief executive Sara Hill has joined AMS as the head of diversity consulting, along with members of her consulting team.
Hill will lead and build the global diversity and inclusion practice.
Capability Jane’s consulting practice will be separate from Capability Jane Recruitment, a boutique recruitment business specialising in resourcing part-time and job share executives, which will continue to operate outside of AMS.
This is the second acquisition for AMS since it was acquired by US private equity fund New Mountain Capital in a £260m deal in October 2013.
AMS acquired Talent Collective, a management consultancy specialising in talent acquisition last year.
