Company chief executive Michael Barrington-Hibbert told Recruiter it was through a chance meeting that he met Clements, former CEO of multi-sector recruiter SThree.

Barrington-Hibbert sat next to former Lord Mayor of London Fiona Woolf at the Lord Mayor Dragon Awards in October and mentioned he was looking to appoint some non-executive directors. She replied by saying she thought Clements would love to.

Barrington-Hibbert said it was an incredibly exciting appointment and Clement’s guidance would help take the business to the next level, including doubling staff numbers to 24 over the course of next year.
