Heating and plumbing supplies provider Wolseley UK has appointed Joanne Smith as HR director.

She joins the company from security services company G4S where she was HR director for the UK & Ireland. 

She succeeds Karen Finn who left Wolseley UK to take up a new position at Wolseley plc as director of people and organisation strategy.
