Pre-employment screening firm HiredByMe has launched a new website designed to make the process of hiring contractors more efficient.

Contractors, who login into the site through their LinkedIn profile, are required to provide employer references for key skills, including communications skills, people skills and role specific skills.

This is designed to help recruitment agencies and hirers have a fuller picture of the potential candidate’s suitability for the role.
