This week, Stonewall head of workplace Simon Feeke and Marriott Hotels International’s European director of talent acquisition and career development Matthew Ruck talk about things that surprised them among the award entrants.
McDonalds head of talent and reward also Margaret Balmer talks about the deliberations with her category co-judge.
Judging took place last month, with the shortlist released shortly after.
The awards were launched earlier this year to recognise recruitment businesses and individuals demonstrating a passion for people. They also showcase recruitment businesses as employers of choice and recruitment as a rewarding career.
