Penna appoints three new executives

Global HR services group Penna, has made three senior appointments to its recruitment services team, which specialises in interim and executive search recruitment.

David Slatter has been appointed as associate director in executive search having joined from exec search and interim firm GatenbySanderson, where he specialised in local government search and selection. He will be based in the Birmingham office.

Sandeep Bhandal has joined from consultancies TMP and Work Group and is now head of strategic development, managed recruitment. Bhandel will be responsible for strategic development of solutions and clients, as well as being the strategic managed recruitment lead.

Jason Wheatley has been appointed HR lead on the public sector executive interim team. Wheatley has held permanent and interim management roles across the public sector. He will be working closely with executive interim candidates to secure assignments and develop and expand existing relationships with clients.
