Thu, 18 Sep 2014A North-West law firm has launched a package, including the option to work from home, to help entice experienced medical negligence lawyers to the firm.

Merseyside-based Fletchers Solicitors, which deals with claims across England and Wales, hopes to change the negative perception of the work-life balance in the legal sector, as well as build a network of specialist lawyers working from sites across the country.

The package includes options to work from home, or a location of their choice, flexible hours and a relocation package should they wish to move.

Fletchers Solicitors chief executive Ed Fletcher said he thought lawyers often have to give up too much in their personal lives to pursue success in their careers.
