The company, which specialises in invoice financing and cash flow funding solutions, aims to accelerate graduates into a management position within two years and into a senior management position within five years.

Its fast-track programme also helps participants determine which path they want to take with the company, whether that is in leadership, management, risk or marketing.
 
Miriam Koller, global HR Director at Bibby Financial Services, told Recruiter: “We want to bring in people who are of graduate calibre but with some experience in other industries and in commercial environments.”

Bibby Financial Services has 46 offices in 16 countries, including the UK, US, Canada, India and Australia.
