Antal Russia, owned by global recruiter FiveTen Group, has opened an office in Kazan, capital of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A press statement from FiveTen Group said that the firm’s presence in the city would help meet the demand for talent across IT, telecoms, production, banking & finance, sales marketing, logistics and retail.

The Tatarstan Investment Development Agency (TIDA) is supervising the Kazan Smart City project on behalf of the Tatarstan government, which is designed to spur investment into high technology, medicine, education and tourism, transforming the capital into an international business hub.

Recruitment consultants based in the Kazan office will recruit middle and senior managers across the Tatarstan and Volga regions.
