The budget supermarket chain is looking for people with retail or management experience and a desire for career profession.
The announcement follows a survey Aldi conducted among jobseekers aged between 18 and 30. The findings showed that higher salaries and greater progression opportunities would make a job in retail more attractive.
Deputy store managers receive a starting salary of £8.95 an hour, which rises to £10.50 per hour after a period of time. Additional pay of £3.95 can also be earned when covering for other store management staff.
