RelinkLabs, a Scandinavia-based talent sourcer, has appointed talent acquisition specialist Dave Mendoza to oversee a predictive talent engine launch.

Having worked with large and complex talent systems, Mendoza will be senior product adviser to RelinkLab’s new suite of products.
