Leisurejobs launches personal training qualification competition

Mon, 16 Jun 2014
Leisurejobs, the leisure & hospitality recruiter, has launched a competition to give three health and fitness enthusiasts the opportunity to kick-start their personal training careers.

The recruiter has teamed up with training provider The Training Room and three UK-based health and fitness operators – David Lloyd, Village and LA Fitness – to offer a six-week programme to achieve a Level 3 Personal Training Qualification.

This will be followed by the opportunity to complete a four- to six-week placement at each of the three partner gyms. The placement could result in a permanent job offer or, at the very least, experience within a health and fitness brand.

The competition is targeted towards students in sports-releated education, and to enter, candidates must send in a short video highlighting their sporting excellence, talent or love of health and fitness.

The closing date to enter is 31 July and winners will be announced by 16 August.
