Wed, 25 Jun 2014Global jobsite Indeed has agreed to acquire MoBolt, a provider of mobile job application technology.  

The acquisition, which subject to confirmation, is expected to be completed in July and enables employers worldwide to accept job applications through a mobile device.

MoBolt’s founder and chief executive Kshitij Jain said that only 10% of Fortune 500 companies currently have a mobile-friendly application process.”
